Registration FAQ
Q. What information do I need to register?
A. You need the following information to register for the post-bankruptcy course: date of birth, last 4 digits of your social security number, and the case number.
Q. Is it safe to input my credit card information on your website?
A. Yes. We use Authorize.net to process payments. All payments will be made over a secure encrypted connection so credit card numbers and private details cannot be stolen in transit. This is as secure as online ordering can be. All payment processing is handled by Authorize.net which process thousands of transactions per day.
Q. Where can I find my bankruptcy case number?
A. Your bankruptcy case number (e.g., 14-12345) can be found on your bankruptcy paperwork. After you file a bankruptcy case, the court usually sends you a confirmation that contains your bankruptcy case number. If you have an attorney, they can provide you this information. The bankruptcy case number consists of 2 numerical digits for the year (e.g., 14) and the 5 digits that follow. If your case number looks like 1:14-bk-12345-xyz, we just need the 14-12345.
Q. Can my spouse and I take the course together?
A. Yes. You and your spouse can register and take the debtor education course together or separately.
